How does Miana use our past bids?
Miana reads the tenders, case studies, certificates and past submissions already in your library and reuses what is relevant, drafting new responses grounded in your own proven material rather than generic text.
How does Miana handle data security and compliance?
We build security in from the start rather than bolting it on later. Every customer works in a fully isolated environment hosted inside the EU, and we never use your documents to train AI. What you upload stays yours. You get single sign-on (SSO), role-based access control and complete audit trails as standard, and the platform is built to meet the requirements enterprises care about: ISO 27001 alignment, GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act.

What makes Miana different?

A bid usually lives in several places at once: the tender documents in one folder, the requirements in a spreadsheet, the draft in Word, old bids on a shared drive. Every move between them is a chance to lose a requirement or paste in an outdated answer.

With Miana the whole job happens in one place. You upload the tender documents and Miana lists the requirements. The requirements you confirm become the structure of the draft. Questions you answer along the way are used in the writing. When the bid is finished, it joins your library and becomes material for the next one.

Because Miana is there at every step, it knows what has already been decided. You never explain the same thing twice.

02Your data stays yours

What you upload to Miana is used for one thing: writing your bids. It is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s. Other customers cannot see your documents, and Miana never draws on them when writing for someone else. Our models are only trained using publicly released bids.

We comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act, and our security practices are aligned with ISO 27001, the international standard for information security. Your data is stored in the EU, and you can have your documents deleted at any time.

03Every claim has a source

In a bid, a wrong claim costs more than a weak one. A reference project you cannot back up, or a certificate that has expired, can get a bid rejected or cause problems after you win.

Miana writes only from your own documents: past bids, reference projects, certificates and CVs. It does not take text from the internet. Each sentence links to the document and page it came from, and one click shows you the source.

Where your documents don’t cover a requirement, Miana asks you. It does not write around the gap.

When you submit, you know where every statement came from. So does anyone who reviews the bid after you.

04Works with the files you have

Most companies already have what a good bid needs. It is spread across SharePoint folders, shared drives and old project archives, organised in a way that made sense at the time.

Miana connects to where your documents already are: SharePoint, Google Drive or your own storage. You don’t move anything, rename anything or learn a new filing system.

At the start, we go through your material with you and organise it into a library of past bids, reference projects, CVs and certificates. After that, Miana finds the right material each time a tender asks for it.
